Arkadiusz Legieć is an Analyst in Foreign Policy and International Affairs Program at WiseEuropa Institute (Warsaw, Poland). He is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of International and Political Studies at the University of Łódź and a graduate of “Eastern Studies” from The Centre for East European Studies at the University of Warsaw. His research interests include the post-Soviet area, international terrorism, with particular emphasis on the phenomenon of foreign fighters, and international relations in the Middle East and North Africa.
In his opinion, SEnECA can have unprecedented impact on the existing scope of analytical instruments and recommendations for policy makers, concerning the complementary description of Central Asian specific conditions and policy determinants. In the framework of SEnECA, Arkadiusz will contribute in the field of political and security issues, national and business interests in the field of EU-CA economic relations and also in culture and identity issues in Central Asia.
